The Babushkinsky court refused to arrest in absentia one of the members and founders of the Pussy Riot group Nadezhda Tolokonnikova (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) in the case of insulting the feelings of believers, the court’s press service reported.
Previously became knownthat the court registered the investigation’s request for the arrest in absentia of one of the founders of the scandalous famous punk project. Tolokonnikova, as reported, was charged in absentia with violating the right to freedom of conscience and religion.
Tolokonnikova is currently outside Russia.
