The court recovered almost 8 million rubles in tax debts from Kirkorov – Kommersant

The Tagansky Court of Moscow recovered tax debt in the amount of 7.9 million rubles from artist Philip Kirkorov. A state duty in the amount of 24 thousand rubles was also collected from him as part of the Moscow budget.

“The magistrate of court district No. 374 of the Tagansky district of Moscow, having considered the application for debt collection, issued a court order to collect from Kirkorov Philip Bedros in favor of the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 9 for Moscow the debt for 2022 on taxes and fees in the amount 7,972,985 rubles,” the press service of the Moscow courts reported in Telegram channel.

The press service clarified that the court order has not yet entered into legal force.

On December 21, the artist took part in a party with an almost naked dress code at the Moscow club Mutabor. It was organized by blogger Anastasia Ivleeva, artists Dima Bilan and Lolita, journalist Ksenia Sobchak and others also participated.

On January 10, the Russian Authors Society (RAS) also filed a claim against Philip Kirkorov in the Moscow Arbitration Court for 2 million rubles. for violating the rights of authors and composers of 13 songs. RAO claims that the singer did not pay remuneration to the authors of 13 songs that he performed in the Kremlin from April 27 to April 30, 2022.
