The Primorsky Regional Court overturned the decision of the Sovetsky District Court of Vladivostok, which declared illegal the inclusion of blogger Daniil Gubarev (recognized as a foreign agent) in the list of foreign agents by the Russian Ministry of Justice. This was reported by the joint press service of the Primorsky Territory courts.
Gubarev was included in this list in March of this year. It was alleged that he distributed materials that were created by foreign agents. According to the Ministry of Justice, the blogger now lives abroad.
In July, the Sovetsky District Court of Vladivostok declared illegal the decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation to include Gubarev on the list of foreign agents. The department considered that the man published news related to politics. At the same time, according to his lawyer Sergei Valiulin, the blogger had a Telegram channel, but “there was no political news there.”
