The Central District Court of Tyumen fined 30 thousand rubles. for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) to a local resident Alisa Klimetova, who in September wrote “No to ***e” on the asphalt during protests against partial mobilization. About it reported in the United press service of the judicial system of the Tyumen region.
Recall that initially the court of first instance found the girl innocent, because she was able to prove that the phrase meant “No wobble” and was dedicated to the girl’s dislike for fish. The police, according to the court, then could not provide evidence that the phrase really discredited the army.
However, in November, the Tyumen Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs filed an appeal against the court decision, as a result of which the Tyumen Regional Court sent the case back for retrial.
More about the case – in the material “Kommersant-Ural” “Vobla dragged through the courts”.
