The court for the second time rejected Alibasov’s claim against an office equipment store

“Document deficiencies have not been corrected”

The famous producer and showman Bari Alibasov, in addition to health problems (he was recently hospitalized with a suspected stroke), suffered another trouble. On Tuesday, Moscow’s Presnensky Court refused to consider his claim against a household appliances store.

As MK learned, Alibasov was again let down by his ignorance of legal subtleties. This story has been going on for a year now. Bari Karimovich purchased a laptop for 200 thousand rubles from a large office equipment store – including in order to play his favorite World of Tanks. However, the gadget constantly froze and it was impossible to enjoy the “shooter” in this mode. Alibasov filed a lawsuit. The first attempt was unsuccessful: the gamer was asked to first file a pre-trial claim with the store. Lawyers challenged this court decision – the law does not say that the consumer is obliged to try to solve the problem peacefully and only then turn to Themis. The application was nevertheless accepted for consideration.

But the other day the court again “turned down” Alibasov’s claim. This time with the wording “the shortcomings of the statement of claim and the documents attached to it were not corrected within the period established in the ruling on leaving the statement of claim without progress.” Simply put, the plaintiff incorrectly executed the documents confirming his case. Apparently, Alibasov will have to try his luck in court for the third time. By the way, he solved the problem simply – he bought a new laptop.
