The Timiryazevsky Court of Moscow did not give consent to the interrogation as witnesses of Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Vasily Nebenzi and representative of the Russian Defense Ministry Igor Konashenkov in the case of Dmitry Ivanov, the author of the Protest Moscow State University Telegram channel.
