Tverskoy Court of Moscow refused the third wife of Alexander Gradsky, Olga Gradskaya, to receive a share of his inheritance. The couple was married from 1980 to 2001.
The composer’s third wife filed a lawsuit against Gradsky’s widow Marina Kotashenko and her own children Maria and Daniil that year. The proceedings took place behind closed doors.
Previously, the plaintiff petitioned for the recognition of land plots, residential and non-residential buildings, as well as non-residential premises as the common property of the spouses. In addition, Olga Gradskaya asked to allocate 1/2 of the property acquired during her marriage to her husband, excluding it from the inheritance and recognizing her right to property.
People’s Artist of Russia Alexander Gradsky died on November 28, 2021 at the age of 73.
