On October 17, the Golovinsky District Court of Moscow received an administrative case under the article on failure to provide a report on the activities of a foreign agent (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code), in which the person involved was indicated showman Maxim Galkin (recognized as a foreign agent), follows from the data web archive. Administrative protocol under Part 2 of Art. 19.34 of the Administrative Code is drawn up if the foreign agent has not submitted a report to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, which, in particular, should contain information about his activities, financing and goals. Mr. Glikin faces a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles.
Maxim Glikin is a journalist for Open Media (liquidated in August 2021, relaunched in 2022). He was declared a foreign agent in July 2021. In September 2021, Altair 2021 LLC, founded by a journalist, also received the status of a foreign agent.
