The Tagansky Court of Moscow on Thursday, July 20, sanctioned the arrest of Konstantin Starchukov, a resident of Chita, accused of attempting to set fire to the Lenin Mausoleum on Red Square in the capital.

On July 17, at about 10 pm on Red Square, Konstantin Stachukov threw a Molotov cocktail towards Lenin’s mausoleum the day before his birthday.
