The concert of the Picnic group in St. Petersburg began with a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.
“In memory of the victims, I declare a minute of silence,” said group leader Edmund Shklyarsky.
According to him, songs that were inappropriate in such a situation were removed from the program. Among the spectators there are those who were at Crocus on March 22.
As a result of a terrorist attack on a concert hall in Krasnogorsk, where the Picnic concert was taking place, 140 people were killed and at least 360 were injured. Among the dead is assistant director of the group Ekaterina Kushner.
