According to information on the website of the Parliament of Chechnya, the Order “Daimekhkan Siy” is the “highest form of reward for citizens” for outstanding achievements in the development of the economy, science, culture, art, spiritual and moral upbringing and education, healthcare, environmental protection, charitable and other public activities in the benefit of the residents of Chechnya.
Akhmat Kadyrov is an assistant to the head of Chechnya, chairman of the Council of the regional branch of the movement of children and youth “Movement of the First”. Eli Kadyrov is a professional mixed martial artist. On November 5, Adam Kadyrov was appointed head of the security service of the head of Chechnya.
