The cheapest apartment within the Moscow Ring Road is sold at auction for 6.5 million rubles

Many people dream of buying an apartment in Moscow, but the rise in prices for residential real estate, especially in the last few years, makes this dream more and more unattainable for the majority. Electronic auctions, the result of which is the right to conclude a contract for the sale of an apartment owned by Moscow and under the economic jurisdiction of SUE Mossotsgarantiya, is conducted by the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy on the Roseltorg trading floor.

The cheapest apartment exhibited for auction, located on Kosinskaya street, within walking distance – the metro station “Vykhino”. “Odnushka” with an area of ​​33.1 sq. meters and a living area of ​​19.1 sq. meters is sold for 6,474,000 rubles. The state of the apartment, of course, is far from ideal. But the price – by today’s standards – is not so great.

The next highest initial cost apartment is located in Anadyrsky Proyezd. On foot you can walk to the metro stations “Medvedkovo” or “Babushkinskaya”. However, there is a railway nearby, so you can probably hear the sounds of passing trains in the house. Although plastic windows can help here. The initial price of the apartment with a total area of ​​32.5 sq. meters and residential – 18.8 square meters. meters – 6,695,000 rubles.

TOP-3 of the most inexpensive apartments put up for auction by the city closes the “odnushka” on Polyarnaya Street with a total area of ​​32.6 square meters. meters and living area – 18.7 sq. meters. The nearest metro station is Medvedkovo. The initial price of the lot is 7,172,000 rubles.

The most expensive apartment, which has become one of the lots of the Mossotsgarantii at the current auction, is a three-ruble note in Odoevsky passage. Its total area is 73.5 sq. meters, residential – 44.4 sq. meters. The apartment is located near the metro station “Yasenevo”. It is traded for 15,288,000 rubles.

All these apartments are located near the Moscow Ring Road and all require a thorough renovation. But the plus is that for such a price, apartments with similar characteristics in Moscow can only be bought, perhaps, in the TiNAO. True, during the auction, the value of the lot may increase.

Auction will last until September 21, so those who wish to buy relatively inexpensive housing in the capital can still take part in it.
