TOP-3 of the most inexpensive apartments put up for auction by the city closes the “odnushka” on Polyarnaya Street with a total area of ​​32.6 square meters. meters and living area – 18.7 sq. meters. The nearest metro station is Medvedkovo. The initial price of the lot is 7,172,000 rubles.

The most expensive apartment, which has become one of the lots of the Mossotsgarantii at the current auction, is a three-ruble note in Odoevsky passage. Its total area is 73.5 sq. meters, residential – 44.4 sq. meters. The apartment is located near the metro station “Yasenevo”. It is traded for 15,288,000 rubles.

All these apartments are located near the Moscow Ring Road and all require a thorough renovation. But the plus is that for such a price, apartments with similar characteristics in Moscow can only be bought, perhaps, in the TiNAO. True, during the auction, the value of the lot may increase.

Auction will last until September 21, so those who wish to buy relatively inexpensive housing in the capital can still take part in it.
