The case of Alexander Neustroev, which was dismissed by the Ural court, will be reviewed, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation reported.
According to the department, significant violations were found in the court decision, which served as the basis for an order to review the case.
In April, a man insulted a boy born in 2011 for walking in a hat with the letter Z. Neustroev was charged under paragraphs “a” and “b” of Part 1 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Hooliganism with the use or threat of violence based on political, ideological hatred or enmity). The video has been posted online.
