The Moscow sausage manufacturer, which is one of the leading in the country, produced a record 40 thousand tons of products this year.
“Moscow has a wide range of measures to support industrialists. Today, seven meat processing enterprises enjoy preferences from the city, which provide significant tax benefits,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
He cited the example of the capital’s company “Dymov”, which since 2016 has the status of an industrial complex. In addition, it receives preferential loans from the city to develop export activities. The funds that the enterprise saves are invested in development, increasing production volumes and expanding the range. At the end of the year, thanks to these actions, the enterprise was able to produce a record 40 tons of products for the entire period of operation.
It is worth noting that this year the company expanded its line by launching several new products on the market. The production of meat sports bars with a high protein content, which have no analogues in Russia, has begun. They include meat, spices and berries. There are plans to annually produce more than 100 tons of healthy snacks. Dry-cured sausages became original new products. They are made with the flavors of gorgonzola and pear, jamon, and oyster sauce. The monthly production volume of these sausages will reach 150 tons.
