The capital’s industrial processing complex received the State Environmental Expertise (SEE). The State Electrical Examination at the federal level has been issued for the technology used for recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment. The document confirms that the industrial complex disposes of electronics in accordance with legal requirements. Technologies and equipment do not harm the environment.
“Moscow enterprises operate within the framework of a circular economy – renewable production with maximum use of resources, excluding negative impact on the environment. In 2023, the capital’s processing complex “Vtoraluminproduct” received a positive conclusion from the Federal State Economic Examination Committee on the technology used for recycling electronic and electrical equipment waste. Over the three quarters of this year, the company recycled over 30 tons of broken equipment,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. The company has been recycling electrical, electronic and metal-containing waste, as well as processing scrap non-ferrous and ferrous metals since 1996.
According to the general director of the industrial complex for processing and recycling, Ilya Kachapin, the company involves up to 98% of material resources in secondary circulation. This includes plastic, scrap ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and precious metals.
