The Cabinet supported Yarovaya’s project to punish for facilitating sabotage

Taking into account the comments, the legislative novella of the Vice Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Irina Yarovaya on supplementing the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with several articles on punishment for facilitating sabotage activities and organizing a sabotage community was supported by the government commission on legislative activities.
The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation can be supplemented with the following new articles: art. 281.1 “Promotion of subversive activities”, art. 281.2 “Training in order to carry out subversive activities” and Art. 281.3 “Organization of a sabotage community and participation in it.”
If the activity was carried out in order to promote, justify and support sabotage, then this will become an aggravating circumstance.
A separate article is also planned. 151.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for organizing activities aimed at inciting minors to commit actions that “pose a danger to their life and health, as well as to the life and health of others.”

If the Belgorod and Kursk regions are under pressure on the border areas, then in the Bryansk region the central parts were also under threat.
The region has a high (yellow) level of terrorist threat.
