Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree terminating the agreement between Russia and Finland on promoting cross-border cooperation. Document published on the legal information portal.

An agreement to promote cross-border cooperation was concluded between Russia and Finland on April 13, 2012 in Helsinki. In it, the parties expressed their intentions to promote the expansion of friendly ties between the peoples of the countries, as well as to continue and develop long-term cross-border cooperation.
