The boorish trick of Verka Serduchka at Eurovision found an explanation

Once a close friend of the artist told why Danilko shouted “Russia, goodbye” in Liverpool
Andrey Danilko, aka Verka Serduchka, appeared in the final of the completed Eurovision. In Liverpool, the singer made another boorish attack on Russia. From the stage of the music competition, he strainedly shouted “Russia, goodbye.” With the same composition, Danilko stormed Eurovision in 2007. Only then did he assure that his song was called “Lasha Tumbai”. Now Danilko has already decided to open all the cards.
Verka Serduchka’s performance is openly criticized in Russian show business. It seems that our celebrities hoped to the last that the Ukrainian performer had at least a drop of conscience left. Danilko’s once close friend, promoter Sergei Lavrov, who gave him his first tour of Russia, Serduchka’s boorish trick at Eurovision is no longer surprised.
“Andrei is now in a pitiful position,” Lavrov told MK. – He understands perfectly well that the road to Russia is closed to him forever. The money that he earned here is not and will not be any more. Danilko is aware of everything. And he is trying to somehow gain a foothold in Europe. Because mostly Ukrainians go to his rare concerts in European cities. Europeans simply do not know him. He understands that he now needs to take at least something in order to be able to earn money.
– And what needs to be done at Eurovision so that they will talk about you later in Europe? Lavrov continues. – Put on a muzhik or a skirt, or undress, or criticize Russia. Danilko sang “Russia, goodbye” to talk about him, to discuss him. By the way, I agree with Maria Zakharova, who said that it was a pity that Zelensky was not allowed to perform at Eurovision. He would be a good competitor to the participants. Or, together with Serduchka, he would sing “Russia, goodbaye”.
– Danilko wants to be Michael Jackson, – Sergey sighs. “They all think they are European stars. But in fact, no one needs them in Europe. Yesterday Zelensky came to Rome. I met with the leadership of the country, and a rally was already taking place nearby against his arrival and against the fact that Italy is sending weapons to Ukraine. Criticism of Russia may soon be costly. The boomerang will definitely arrive: all the slogans against Russia will backfire on them.
