Within two days – May 26 and 27 – Tyumen will host regional competitions in artistic gymnastics. The event is announced by the Department of Sports of the Tyumen Region on VKontakte.
Gymnasts of 7-12 years old participate in the competition “Rising Stars of Tyumen”. The event will take place at the Artistic Gymnastics Center. It is expected that about 100 athletes from Tyumen, Tobolsk and Yalutorovsk will come to the competition. In addition, guests from other regions of the country are expected to arrive.
This year they are dedicated to Children’s Day. On the first day of the competition, the participants will compete in the all-around, and on the second day they will compete in individual events.
According to the director of the Artistic Gymnastics Federation of the Tyumen Region Valentina Trubina, athletes will be able to show the results of the sports year and evaluate the opponents they will meet next year.
