The Belgorod administration denied rumors of food shortages
The press service of the Belgorod city administration published in Telegram statementin which she commented on the information that there is allegedly a food shortage in the region.
The mayor’s office called such “stuffing” fakes and urged citizens to trust only verified data.
“There is no shortage of products. The stores have bread, dairy products, meat, eggs, sugar, and essential goods in stock. The goal of the attackers is to sow panic among the population,” the Belgorod mayor’s office said in a statement.
To illustrate, the message was accompanied by photographs of local grocery stores with shelves full of food.
