A Mi-8 helicopter of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations with 13 rescuers on board and equipment took off from the Khabarovsk Territory to the Amur Region. He heads to the mine, where as a result of a collapse, up to 15 people may be trapped under the rubble.

The collapse, as reported, occurred in the mine of the Pioneer plant in the Zeya region.

According to preliminary information, air enters the mine, but there is no direct connection with those under the rubble. The miners are believed to be alive.
