The head coach of the Dynamo Minsk hockey club, Dmitry Kvartalny, was not allowed to work for the Channel One Cup in St. Petersburg. Information about the refusal to leave was published by the website of the Belarusian Hockey Federation.
It is reported that the Dynamo team, whose coach is Kvartalny, contacted the Hockey Federation of the Republic of Belarus, which made the decision to deny admission. The club asked not to involve him in the competition so that he could qualitatively prepare athletes for the KHL. The FHB granted the request and refused to allow Kvartalny to travel.
