Orlov resident Valeria Milovanova proved her high sportsmanship by becoming the winner of the Russian Karate Championship at the age of 14 to 20 years. The competition took place in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and brought together about 700 of the strongest karatekas from different regions of the country.
