It is clarified that in the recall of the commission on legislative activity it is said that there are already multiple grounds for granting a deferment from mobilization. All of them are spelled out in presidential decrees and in the law “On mobilization preparation and mobilization.”
Among other things, the document notes that “reserved” citizens may qualify for a deferment. As a result, members of the government commission considered that these amendments were “excessive”.
