The authorities of the Khabarovsk Territory have limited the use of drones in the region

The Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Mikhail Degtyarev, decided to limit the use of any type of unmanned aerial vehicles in the region, according to site governments of the region today, 4 May. The decision was made “in order to strengthen the protection of public order and public safety.”
The resolution states that the exception will be drones used by state authorities, local self-government of municipalities of the region, organizations subordinate to them. Also, the order does not affect organizations fulfilling the state defense order, and organizations, as well as individuals who work with drones under contracts with authorities, local governments and organizations subordinate to them within the framework of their functions. At the same time, these organizations are recommended to exclude the use of devices on the territory of objects of the military-industrial complex, fuel and energy complex, communications and transport.
“For each such flight (over the territory of the named objects.— “b”) will require a special permit. Control over the implementation of the restriction is entrusted to the competent law enforcement agencies,” the report says.
The ordinance restricting the use of drones will remain in effect until a separate ordinance repealing it is issued.
After the attack of Ukrainian drones on the Kremlin, a number of Russian regions banned the launch of drones. In particular, restrictions on the use of drones were introduced in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Leningrad and other regions.
