The Investigative Committee of Russia charged in absentia the author of the Telegram channel “Women’s Power” Zalina Marshenkulova with publicly justifying terrorism (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The investigation will petition the court for the arrest of Zalina Marshenkulova in absentia.
