All rights to it were given to Lydia Nikolaevna several years ago by her daughter Maria. However, now Fedoseeva-Shukshina’s other daughter, Olga, has decided to restore her rights through the court. The legendary actress did not come to the first meeting due to deteriorating health. Her constant lawyer Yulia Verbitskaya-Linnik told MK about how things are going for the artist now.

“Lidiya Nikolaevna, of course, is very upset that the family is rocked by quarrels and scandals,” says Verbitskaya-Linnik. “She wants the trial to end with a peace agreement.” In her opinion, the legacy of the great Vasily Shukshin should be divided equally between the sisters.

Lidia Nikolaevna is worried that Olga and Maria cannot find a common language. Therefore, the star decided to take an unexpected step.

“All Lydia Nikolaevna’s thoughts are now occupied with reconciling the sisters,” explains the lawyer. – Lidia Nikolaevna is a believer. She now prays daily for peace to come to the family. Lidia Nikolaevna hopes that God will help the sisters establish communication. Lidia Nikolaevna also decided to invite Maria to dinner and have a heart-to-heart talk between the three of us.

– As for Olga, now she spends all her time with her mother. Lidia Nikolaevna supports her position. But the court will put an end to this matter. My trustee’s health has returned to normal. Lidiya Nikolaevna intends to personally come to the next court hearing to put an end to the endless dispute about the division of Shukshin’s inheritance.
