On March 3, the capital will host the annual “Night at the Skating Rink” campaign. 11 ice rinks will host musical and interactive programs dedicated to domestic achievements in the fields of science, culture and sports.
The action will take place on skating rinks in Gorky Park, Izmailovsky Park, Sokolniki Park, Perovsky Park, Khodynskoye Pole Park, the Bauman Garden and others.
So, in the garden named after Bauman, the main theme of the action will be classical music. Visitors to the rink will skate to well-known classical tunes, take part in interactive programs and take pictures with the artists.
In the Hermitage Garden, the Night at the Skating Rink action was dedicated to ballet. Here, guests will be treated to a performance of the Ice Queen Show ballet show and dance numbers on ice on the theme of the ballets Swan Lake and The Rite of Spring. Those who wish will be able to take part in master classes in ballroom dancing, various games and competitions.
Hockey fans are waiting in Gorky Park. Athletes of the Continental Hockey League will give master classes for the action participants, and an autograph session of KHL hockey players will take place. There will also be themed photo zones where you can take pictures with the mascots of the Moscow hockey clubs CSKA, Dynamo and Spartak. An unforgettable sight promises to be a parade of hockey players and a show of drummers.
And in the Khodynskoye Pole park, the action will be dedicated to the circus. Guests of the ice rink will be able to take part in the circus carnival, sports and dance master classes, games, relay races and quizzes.
The action “Night at the skating rink” will take place during the last sessions of the ice rinks. Entrance will be free, however, you need to issue a ticket to the selected ice rink in advance.
