The accident left more than 500 houses without gas in the Samara region

This morning, March 6, an underground high-pressure gas pipeline exploded in the Samara region. The incident happened in the Hvorostyansky district during earthworks along Tselinnaya Street in the village of Progress at 5:47 (MSK). About it informs district prosecutor’s office.
Due to the accident, gas supply to more than 500 houses in the settlements of Progress and Chuvichi was suspended. Rescue operations are underway at the scene.
Elimination of the accident is controlled by the prosecutor of the Khvorostyansky district Nikolai Maskaikin. The terms for solving the problem and resuming gas supply to residential buildings are not called.
