Saturday morning began for Serpukhovites with the sports event “10,000 steps to life”, which was timed to coincide with World Health Day. The event took place at the Spartak stadium and began with a warm-up.
The action brought together children, youth, adults, active long-lived people, professional athletes – everyone together exceeded the recommended norm per day, taking 10,000 steps. Participants combined business with pleasure, enjoying fresh air and sports.
Having completed the distance, everyone was full of energy and cheerful mood for the whole coming day.
