The Cabinet of the Ministry of Health of Thailand has taken an emergency decision to tighten covid rules for the entry of tourists into the Kingdom. The new rules come into effect from 01:00 on Monday 9 January. While they are valid until 16:59 January 31.
Now all tourists aged 18 years and over must present a proof of vaccination against COVID-19 with two doses of the vaccine. You can also present a certificate of recovery received no more than 180 days before departure. Certificates of medical exemption from vaccination for health reasons are also accepted. Sputnik V and Sputnik Light are on the list of approved vaccines.
Some Russian tour operators received messages about the change in the rules.
