In July, the average monthly temperature above the norm is predicted in the west of the Urals, the east of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in Yakutia, Primorsky Territory and several other regions. This was announced by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand.
“Negative anomalies are not predicted practically throughout the country. The warmest weather, the class above the norm, is in the east of the Volga region, the western Urals, the east of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, throughout Yakutia, in the Trans-Baikal Territory, the Amur Region, the Primorsky Territory and the Magadan Region. That is, on half of the territory of Russia,” said Mr. Vilfand TASS.
Precipitation deficit is expected in the south of the Volga Federal District, the center of the Urals, the east of Yakutia, added Roman Vilfand. The average amount of precipitation for the month above the norm is predicted in the Stavropol and Altai Territories, the Arkhangelsk and Kemerovo Regions, as well as in the east of the Kamchatka Territory.
According to the forecast weather forecasters, today, June 30, in Moscow it will be 18–20 ° С heat, on Saturday night the temperature will drop to 13 ° С. Thunderstorms and hail are also expected in some areas of the capital.
