Tekstilshchik defeated Salyut in the final match of the season

On November 11, the players of the Ivanovo “Textilshchik” played the final match of the summer-autumn part of the 2023-2023 season in the “Silver” division of the Second League “A”. The red-blacks played against Moscow Rodina-2 in the last round and lost, losing their chances of getting into the Golden division. The red-blacks were unable to get a promotion, but in the final round match they retained their registration in the Silver division and will continue to fight for their dream in the spring.
In the 18th round match, Tekstilshchik hosted opponents representing Belgorod at their home arena. “Salyut” failed the summer-autumn segment of the 2023-2024 season and several rounds ago lost its chances of maintaining its registration in “Silver”. Tekstilshchik needed to win and there was no other choice. Igor Kolyvanov’s team coped with the task and defeated Salyut with a score of 4:0, taking the final 5th place.
Thus, the Tekstilshchik players are going on vacation, and in mid-December they will hold a training camp, and after the New Year holidays they will begin preparing for the start of the spring part of the championship in the Silver division.
