Teenager injured while braking elevator in southeast Moscow – Kommersant

In the south-east of Moscow in a residential building there was a failure in the operation of the elevator and a sharp braking. As a result, a 16-year-old teenager was injured. The ICR opened a case under paragraph “b” part 2 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet security requirements).
According to press release departments, the incident happened in one of the houses on 6th Upper Fields Street. The teenager was hospitalized, nothing threatens his life and health, assured the TFR. According to the Telegram channel Shot, the elevator fell off the 11th floor and stopped at the sixth floor. The channel writes that the teenager has a suspected fracture of the tibia and severe shock.
