Teachers in a number of regions complain about the unbearable conditions of their stay in PES. They arrive at the point by 8 o’clock, having breakfast at 6.00, and some even earlier. “We are not allowed to take anything with us, well, you can have a chocolate bar in your hands.”

– I left the PES after 16.00. Eight hours without food! What are we, slaves? Can’t arrange food? You get home (and this is another two hours) in a semi-conscious state and with a headache for a week, the teacher complained to us on condition of anonymity.

As MK found out, conditions for teachers are different in different regions. And in small towns, which is remarkable, teachers are taken care of even more than in megacities. There are concessions in this matter.

“We can go out,” the organizer of the USE from Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug told MK. – I just turn a blind eye to the fact that the organizers leave the PES and go to a separate office for lunch. At the same time, the organizer enters the audience, so the rule is observed, there is no violation of the interests of children. Nowhere is it written that the organizer cannot leave the PES, but this is implied. There is a nutrition problem, such an opportunity is not provided for by the Procedures for the exam, so everyone gets out as best they can, in fact, everyone has violations. You cannot bring personal items into the checkpoint, you cannot leave the checkpoint. So the leaders simply choose between two evils, either to allow them to leave the PES (like me) and the person will come back with one passport, or to allow food to be brought into the PES.

I think that it is necessary to make a rest room for the organizers in the PES and allow food to be brought in. And that’s it, there will be no problems. And violations too! Those leaders of the PES who do not allow anything can also be understood, they will be punished if there is an inspection …

“Before today’s exam, I turned to the leadership of the PES with a polite request to give us some place where we could have a bite to eat,” a teacher, an observer at the Unified State Examination from St. Petersburg, shared with MK. – To which they told me: no, it’s impossible. And in general, you can eat only after the exam. I politely objected that personally my body can not withstand so much without food. I was offered to choose another labor path, so to speak. Like, no one is holding me back, despite the high USE scores of my schoolchildren (90), victories in regional olympiads, etc. I will not raise or discuss this issue any further. By the way, there were two teaching teams at the PES, and no one supported me …

As for the laws, the teacher explained to us: “The decree on holding the exam is about children, that they can be fed if the exam lasts more than four hours. Nothing about teachers.

Other rural teachers share positive experiences. “It is quite possible to organize everything in a human way! We have a kettle, and sandwiches, and the canteen is open, because the children from the villages come. It’s strange to read all this, ”a representative of the teaching community from the village of Yekaterinoslavka in the Altai Territory was surprised.

Many teachers advise their colleagues in the profession to fight for their rights: “Before the exam, the whole team put the question point-blank and demand to organize a food service! Or carry with you not a chocolate bar, but a container of food and water or tea.

It turns out that in recent years this case was easier. Teachers took food with them and left it on the windowsill, where there were also children’s chocolates and water. This year, they were categorically forbidden to bring “bags of food” into the PES.

Another moment of “absurdity,” as teachers themselves speak of this measure, is that in almost all regions, teachers are forced to wear masks for the exam. Such messages came from St. Petersburg, Syzran, Yaroslavl region, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar region, Omsk. Yes, all the regions in which the pandemic time has allegedly returned cannot be listed.

– At the exam, everyone was obliged to wear masks, especially those who are sitting in the audience. The same is true for GIA. Wearing a mask during the exam is “recommended but mandatory”. Also, thermometry and hand treatment are carried out, – shared a teacher from Khabarovsk.

Teachers call it “tyranny.” And also “fraud”. “They distribute masks and ask them to wear them if a public observer suddenly comes. The organizers meet the children in masks. The rumor has passed that this is due to an infectious sore throat, ”the teachers share.

One of the teachers from Pskov was not too lazy and called the regional Rospotrebnadzor about this. “They said that we, teachers, can infect children, parents will complain, and they said a lot of other things.”

The third feature of the USE is discussed by teachers, competing in sarcasm. In many schools (for example, exactly in the Smolensk region) in the classrooms where the exam will be held, teachers are forced to remove everything from the cabinets. “I sealed the glass doors with paper, I have been doing this for many years”, “We also seal mirrors and glass cabinets with paper. We remove absolutely everything from stands, even flowers! ”- they respond from other regions.

“I think we need to increase our vigilance and cover the windows in neighboring houses with paper!” What if someone from there dictates an essay in sign language! – the teachers joke sadly. “Remove everything from the cabinets, seal the cabinets, take them out and destroy them at the landfill. Caulk all cracks. Weld the doors. Paint the windows black and board up with three layers of soundproof plywood. Turn off the fire alarm so that no answers are transmitted through it, ”the male teacher scolded.

Well, and one more moment connected with the Unified State Examination, causes sad feelings and thoughts among Russian teachers – “as if not a single state, but specific principalities!”. Everywhere they pay a different number of hours spent on the exam, and different amounts. Each region, even each district, has its own regulation on payment. “We arrive before 8 o’clock, we leave after 15 o’clock. The exam lasts 3.55, we are paid only three hours at 100 rubles. in an hour. For such a responsible job?!” – the teacher from Vurnara (Chuvashia) is indignant. In many regions, they complain that they pay only for the very moment of the exam, considering this unfair. “We are paid 51 rubles. for an hour of the actual exam, that is, no more than 4 hours,” said a teacher from Bryansk.
