Taiwan is expanding restrictions on the export of high-tech goods to Russia and Belarus by 45 points, the island’s Ministry of Economy announced.
According to the department’s statement, these restrictions are being introduced “for international cooperation, as well as to prevent the use of high-tech products for military purposes.”
The report notes that new 45 items of goods have been added to the export control list, which meets the requirements of the US, EU and other friendly alliances.
The restrictions will come into effect on January 25.
