T1 registers two trademarks for its own drones

The T1 holding structure submitted applications to Rospatent to register the trademarks “Rubin” and “Empaero,” as follows from the regulator’s materials. T1 plans to use these names for drones of its own design, a T1 representative clarified. Applications for registration of the trademarks “Rubin” and “Empaero” were submitted to Rospatent by the TS-Fintech structure, as indicated in the materials of Rospatent, which Vedomosti reviewed.

Documents for registration of the Rubin logo were received by Rospatent in September 2023, Empaero – in April 2023. The product classes that are listed in both applications allow the use of these brands for the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and production of their propulsors, as well as for various related equipment, follows from the application materials. Now both logos are undergoing appropriate examinations by Rospatent.
