Swiss to be jailed for overheating houses in winter
[ad_1]
Against the background of the energy crisis, the Swiss authorities have decided to introduce liability for citizens who this winter will overheat their living quarters above 19 degrees. Such violators will face a fine or imprisonment for up to three years.
As the secretary of the Department of Economics (DEF) Markus Spurndly said, this is a violation of the country’s law on supply, the authorities will consider this an offense or even a crime, prosecuting such citizens by default.
Recall that due to the lack of gas, the Swiss government has banned heating houses over 19 degrees, and water over 60 degrees. Heaters and tents with hot air got under the ban. Saunas and pools must be turned off.
