Swimmers from Serpukhov successfully performed at the Cups of Russia and Moscow

Pupils of the sports school “Zvezda” (coach Marina Kaloshina) set new records and returned from the competition with new awards and acquaintances.
Saratov hosted the Russian Underwater Sports Cup, which brought together the strongest swimmers from 27 regions of the country.
Master of Sports, Serpukhovich Dmitry Panchenko not only showed an excellent result in the 400-meter swim in classic fins, but also became the municipal record holder.
Aleksey Fedkin from Orenburg, who set a world and Russian record, took part in the same competition. For a young swimmer from Serpukhov, the Honored Master of Sports served as an excellent example, and his victories motivated Dmitry to new successes.
Serpukhovichka, Candidate for Master of Sports Maria Uryadchenko swam excellently at the Moscow Cup in finswimming. She competed for the first time in diving with a monofin and won silver. At distances of 100 and 200 meters in classic flippers, Maria received two bronze medals.
Now the guys, together with their coach Marina Kaloshina, are preparing for the Russian Championship in underwater sports (swimming with fins), which will be held in Tomsk in March.
