Six-time world swimming champion Yulia Efimova plans to compete at the Russian Championships, which will be held in St. Petersburg. RIA Novosti reported this.
The competition will take place in St. Petersburg from November 20 to 25. According to the President of the All-Russian Swimming Federation (RSF) Vladimir Salnikov, Efimova is a talented athlete and after a full training cycle she will be able to show “good results.”
Efimova took silver twice and also bronze at the Olympic Games. The athlete is also a seven-time European champion. In addition, the swimmer took first place three times at the European Short Course Championships.
