Ukrainians branded her for speaking Russian

A native of Kyiv, Svetlana Loboda, in order to earn money, is now forced to perform wherever she has to and wherever she is invited – in Ukraine she is being hounded for her former work in Russia. The other day the singer showed up in Kazakhstan. If earlier the artist gave concerts here at major venues, now she was forced to confine herself to a small wine salon. Here Svetlana presented her new song and video for it.

Loboda’s arrival in Kazakhstan did not cause a stir: she can now only dream about 6,000-seat theaters. The singer came out to the few spectators in a white suit and immediately began thanking those who invited her to the performance. Moreover, that evening Loboda, who at one time said many unpleasant words about Russia, spoke exclusively in Russian.

“It’s very beautiful here,” the singer said. – Actually, I thought there would be bad sound here. But here (indecent word, synonym for “good” – Auth.) sound because wood (the room was covered with wood panels – Auth.) still helped us.

Many people noticed that Loboda looked somewhat confused in Kazakhstan – it seems that she was not yet accustomed to the fact that she had to perform in small spaces. In addition, it became noticeable: Svetlana again actively experimented with her appearance and now began to look like Katie Topuria.

Loboda was very friendly with the guests that evening: she took photographs with those present and discussed the latest news with them. But before, there were always guards at her dressing room who did not allow any strangers to approach her.

Because of her performance in Kazakhstan, Loboda again found herself at the center of a scandal among her compatriots. Ukrainian nationalists branded the singer for speaking Russian, called her “Judas,” who does not remember her kinship, and advised her to forget about Ukraine forever.

“It’s no coincidence that Svetlana speaks Russian,” people around the singer explained to us. – She understands that in Kazakhstan and other countries of the former USSR with Ukrainian language, no one needs her. Because simply no one will understand her. And now she needs any new performance like air. In addition, Loboda began to hope that she would be able to return to Russia and that she would be forgiven. After the start of the SVO, she answered all her Russian friends in messengers exclusively in Ukrainian. And now he already writes in Russian. Such metamorphoses occur.
