A week ago, February 1, to be exact, was the last day of registration of school graduates for the Unified State Examinations.
The guys had to decide which exams they would take for the State Final Attestation. And earlier after this date – February 1 – it was almost impossible to change the list of items to be handed over. Unless the graduate had very good reasons for that, for example, a serious illness.
And now the situation is changing. The Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science, together with the Ministry of Education, has prepared draft orders with new procedures for conducting final exams in the ninth and eleventh grades. The new rules may come into effect from the next school year.
What can change in 11th grade?
– It will be possible to change the previously selected level of the exam in mathematics from basic to profile and vice versa.
– It will be possible to change the list of subjects for passing the exam (for graduates of previous years).
– The terms for processing and checking the Unified State Examination in Informatics have been reduced from 4 calendar days to 2.
– Military personnel will be able to apply for participation in the Unified State Examination not only at the places of registration in the region where the military university is located, but also at the place of conscription or contract service.
– The reserve date for writing the final essay/statement has been changed from the first working Wednesday of May to the second Wednesday of April.
– The terms for processing and checking the final essay / presentation can be reduced.
What can change in 9th grade?
– It will be possible to conduct a final interview in a remote format.
– The reserve date for the final interview has been changed from the first working Monday in May to the third Monday in April.
– It will be possible to change elective subjects for re-passing the GIA next year for participants who did not pass the exams in September.
By the way. It is also written in the drafts that special premises will be allocated at the Examination Points so that representatives of the media and public observers can be there. It also regulates cases of late examination participants and the procedure for the actions of persons involved in the organization and conduct of examinations, in case of lateness and non-appearance of participants.
