Restoration of the facade will begin with a thorough cleaning of its surfaces. Then the FCR specialists will conduct jointing and treated with anti-fungal protection of the place of wetting. Next, the worn-out brickwork will be painstakingly restored.

Special attention will be paid to the restoration of architectural decoration.

At the final stage, surfaces will be hydrophobized – this technology of applying the thinnest invisible silicone film, which will reliably protect the walls from the aggressive effects of atmospheric precipitation.

The basement will be put in order in the house, repaired entrance groups and balcony slabs, as well as replacement of ebbs and downpipes.
