In the metropolitan area of ​​​​Sviblovo in the north-east of Moscow, a major overhaul of a residential building built in 1959 will take place. The four-story building was erected according to the SAKB project and is a typical example of the architecture of the middle of the last century.

At the level of 3-4 floors there are vertical rows of balconies. Entrance groups are decorated massive portals, the crowning cornice is formed by the brickwork structure.

Restoration of the facade will begin with a thorough cleaning of its surfaces. Then the FCR specialists will conduct jointing and treated with anti-fungal protection of the place of wetting. Next, the worn-out brickwork will be painstakingly restored.

Special attention will be paid to the restoration of architectural decoration.

“The portals of the entrance groups and the crowning cornice of the house are its brightest and most memorable details. Those fragments of stucco that are damaged and chipped will be fragmented. To accurately determine the amount of loss, laser scanning will be used. This technology allows you to restore decorative elements with maximum accuracy, ”the press service of the FCR of Moscow said..

At the final stage, surfaces will be hydrophobized – this technology of applying the thinnest invisible silicone film, which will reliably protect the walls from the aggressive effects of atmospheric precipitation.

The basement will be put in order in the house, repaired entrance groups and balcony slabs, as well as replacement of ebbs and downpipes.
