In Udmurtia, by order of the head of the region, Alexander Brechalov, a state of emergency was introduced due to soil drought. This measure will be in effect from July 3 until further notice.
The weather conditions in May-June led to the introduction of the emergency regime, which negatively affected the growing season and growth of agricultural plants. Dry weather has set in the region, and precipitation is local in nature, which has significantly reduced the reserves of productive moisture.
As a result of these factors, a significant shortage of coarse, succulent and concentrated feed is expected. There is a critical situation in fodder and harvesting.
