Stas Mikhailov has changed a lot lately: he has become younger, prettier and slimmer. At a concert in the Kremlin, where Heroes of the Fatherland were honored, the singer revealed to MK correspondents the secret of his phenomenal transformation.

This evening there was a dazzle of celebrities. Irina Allegrova, Alexander Buinov, Alexander Marshal, Taisiya Povaliy and other stars came to the Kremlin. Stas Mikhailov also appeared in an updated image – the audience received him especially warmly.

Next year Mikhailov will celebrate his anniversary: ​​he will turn 55 years old. The artist began preparing for the holiday ahead of time. The artist has already lost 17 kilograms. As it turned out, thanks to the right approach to nutrition.

“Bread, alcohol, sweets are the three scourges of humanity,” said the MK artist. – Sweets should be removed from the diet, bread too.

According to Mikhailov, he does not torture himself by starvation. I have chosen a suitable diet for myself, which I try to follow.

“I can eat in the evening, but I try not to,” said the artist.

Behind the scenes, Stas admitted that he tries to spend every free minute with the children. They make dad happy with their successes.

“I once told them: “I can be with you, help you with something, but in life you will have to do everything yourself. Immediately look for your place in the sun,” says Stas. – One conversation was enough. Let them prove themselves in something, and I will help them with this in the future. But they must do all the basics themselves.

At the same time, Mikhailov is pleased that children do not use his star name.

“It hasn’t been possible yet,” Stas smiles. – For them I am dad. For me this is much more important. They understand that I am a famous person. But they never shout that their dad is an artist. Although, when they see me on TV, they are pleased. I understand this, they watch my performances.
