Spetsnaz officer Novikov: Armed Forces of Ukraine use industrial drones

The Armed Forces of Ukraine, having lost the Turkish Bayraktar, began to use industrial drones. This was told by the officer of the special forces detachment “Troy” Vladimir Novikov.
According to the commando, the Ukrainian military uses hexacopters – industrial UAVs designed to spray fields. They can lift up to 40 kg of weight and fly fast enough. A hexacopter is quite capable of lifting several 120-meter mines or their analogues. And such a mine poses a serious danger to equipment. A hexacopter can drop it directly onto a vulnerable part of a tank or self-propelled gun, Novikov said.
According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to use industrial UAVs, having lost the Turkish Bayraktars, which the Russian military learned to destroy very successfully. Novikov suggested that Kyiv had problems with the supply of new drones from Turkey. And industrial hexacopters are even easier to use than high-tech Bayraktars.
