The Russian Football Union published on its website a financial report for 2022, according to which Spartak Moscow turned out to be the most unprofitable RPL club.
In the document, the losses of the red and white are estimated at more than 2.35 billion rubles.
In addition, Krasnodar (about 1.2 billion rubles), Moscow Torpedo (more than 540 million rubles) and CSKA (more than 454 million rubles) turned out to be unprofitable.
Losses are also shown at the clubs “Khimki” and “Rostov”.
10 out of 16 clubs ended the year in positive territory. At the same time, Samara’s Wings of the Soviets became the most profitable (more than 777 million rubles), followed by Sochi (more than 750 million rubles) and Zenit (more than 647 million rubles).
