“Spartak” again “drag” the judges

“I don’t understand why Akinfeev needs to get a Fan ID for security at the stadium,” these are the words of Evgeny Giner, the boss of CSKA. Due to an incomprehensible “fan ID”, the central match of the tour between the former and current teams of Valery Karpin gathered a miserable third (of the capacity) of the fans of the handsome stadium in Tushino.
A couple of weeks ago, the referees gave Spartak three penalties at once in the first half in the game with the Torpedo team. Now, in Tushino, the referee of the match, Kirill Levnikov, gave the red-and-whites a draw in the match with Rostov. It’s good if this is an accident, and not a pattern – after the meeting of the Spartak leadership with the RPL referees.
The match for second place and silver in the RPL between Spartak and Rostovites (the former lost only a point before the starting whistle) turned out to be boring, uninteresting, lacking initiative and with virtually no shots on goal. The fire started after Rostov opened the scoring at the end of the 70th minute.
Given the great significance of the meeting and an additional bonus in view of Karpin against the former, the match was supposed to be interesting and tense. But none of this happened, until the last minutes of the meeting. For some reason, Spartak refused high pressure, while Rostov tried to act aggressively. But the key word here is “tried” – for the southerners, the first and only shot on target by Selikhov is the same crazy “shot” by a football player who scored the last time, he doesn’t even remember when.
The goalkeeper of the hosts was not clear why he was worried and almost “brought” a couple of times: first he gave the round to Komarov, and then made an unsuccessful pass to Martins. That, perhaps, was all that happened near the gates of Spartak until the seventieth minute. The guests controlled all the movements of the opponent, and Spartak itself did not create anything for the entire game at the gates of Pesyakov.
“Lighted up” in the game, unfortunately, only Shchetinin from Rostov, who had to be replaced after a head-on collision with one of the Spartak players. Wards Abaskal either did not understand his cunningly wise plans, or could not implement them on the field. Everything went to a dull goalless draw, which plays into the hands of the Giner team, whose words are given at the beginning of the report.
But in Rostov there was a football player who surprised everyone with his incredible kick. Oleksandr Selyava scored a goal that he would dream about for a couple more years. Komlichenko successfully threw the ball at the Belarusian opornik, who sent the leather sphere in such an orbit that the Spartak goalkeeper, even with a strong desire, could not get it. This goal was the first for the Rostovite in six years – hit, hit like that!
And here the judge “entered” the game, who, with his actions (for some) and inaction (for others), gave the audience a “fiery” ending. Substitutes for the hosts Shamar Nicholson and Keita Balde really ran in, turned on the power pile, which led to the southerners taking the gate.
When serving from a corner flag, Alexander Sobolev turned out to be the quickest of all in the turmoil of the Rostov goalkeeper. The goalkeeper of Spartak Selikhov, who came running to save the situation, distracted the defense of the Rostovites, and Sobolev, who played the whole match on foot, made the right choice and sent the ball into Selikhov’s net with his head – while the spotted one also hit the crossbar.
Already after the final whistle, Valery Karpin went to the showdown with referee Kirill Levnikov, in which he was supported by the almost always calm Viktor Onopko. As a result of the conversation, the Rostov helmsman received a red card, and Onopko, thanks to the efforts of his players, was pulled away from the match referee to a safe distance.
Levnikov’s actions in the last 10 minutes of the match were indeed inconsistent: either he did not whistle in case of a clear violation on the Rostovite, then he “gave” an out to Spartak, then he “closed his eyes” to a blow to the leg of the Rostov striker – in general, an unequal interpretation of martial arts. He whistled the same moments in favor of Spartak, but not in favor of Rostov. Yes, and Sobolev, who equalized the score in the match, most likely, should have been sent off even before the 90th minute of the meeting. And what is most unpleasant: the corner from which Spartak equalized the score is also not entirely correct. Two Rostovites lie on the lawn, and Levnikov gives a corner kick – nonsense.
Further, Spartak has an exit to the city of Petra, and there they are unlikely to be judged like that.
