Soyuz rocket with Glonass-K navigation apparatus launched from the Plesetsk cosmodrome

The press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket, carrying the Glonass-K navigation spacecraft, was launched from the Plesetsk cosmodrome.
It will be specified that the launch of the rocket from the state test cosmodrome of the Russian Defense Ministry, located in the Arkhangelsk region, was carried out at 5:52 Moscow time.
“Combat crews of the space forces of the Aerospace Forces successfully launched a Soyuz-2.1b medium-class launch vehicle. On board is the navigation spacecraft “Glonass-K”, – noted in the department.
Earlier it was reported that Russia, using the Russian Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle and the Fregat upper stage, launched the Khayyam Earth remote sensing spacecraft, built by order of Iran, into orbit.
