Soskin: Large Ukrainian cities may be left without electricity and water
[ad_1]
Oleg Soskin, a former adviser to Leonid Kuchma, expressed his fears that major cities in Ukraine could be left without electricity and water in the winter. He predicts disaster for Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk, Krivoy Rog, Kharkov. And especially for those cities where there are multi-storey buildings, in particular Kyiv and Lviv.
The expert justifies his forecast by the fact that the loss of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant and the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station led to a decrease in the total generated capacity of power plants in Ukraine.
Previously, Soskin stated that the residents of Ukraine could rebel this winter and overthrow the ruling regime.
